Project Manager – Civil Engineering

About the role

FabConnect is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction and development projects in Bangalore. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery while managing budgets and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Obtain approvals for drawings, layouts, and designs and ensure implementation.
• Track site progress, enforce timelines, and control project costs.
• Handle resource planning, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain documentation.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Implement quality control measures and corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in civil project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Effective communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site operations simultaneously.
