Project Manager – Civil Engineering

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale civil engineering projects across North India. You will be responsible for guiding projects from planning through execution, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Identify risks, review progress, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Drive resource planning, vendor management, and client relationship management.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–18 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple project activities and deliver results.
