Project Manager – Business Technology

About the role

We are seeking a highly effective Project Manager to join our Business Technology team. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our internal project portfolio, managing a large backlog of enhancement requests, change initiatives, and support tasks across multiple SaaS applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise project plans using Jira while championing agile best practices.
• Prioritise and manage enhancement, change‑management, and support backlogs for several business applications.
• Maintain stakeholder registries, create RACI matrices, and execute transparent communication plans.
• Document milestones, tasks, and detailed notes from internal customer interactions.
• Leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude) to accelerate project‑management workflows and documentation.
• Partner with internal customers to capture functional requirements and translate them for the technical team.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback, and manage sign‑off before deployment.
• Author and distribute business‑friendly release notes for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Track requirements and schedules for a diverse SaaS ecosystem including Salesforce, Conga, Klient, NetSuite, Snowflake, n8n, Slack, and others.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex project portfolios in a technology environment.
• Strong ability to act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on documentation and transparent governance.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and global collaboration.
