Project Manager – Automation Projects

About the role

Eternal Robotics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead turnkey automation and industrial technology projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver solutions that improve quality, productivity, and efficiency for manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of automation and engineering projects, from planning to delivery.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead daily Scrum meetings and oversee sprint execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, software, and cross‑functional teams to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Communicate progress effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in project management.
• Hands‑on experience managing turnkey and industrial automation projects.
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Engineering domains.
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Optional certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
