Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architecture, interior design and PMC projects from concept through construction and hand‑over. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor all project phases using MS Project.
• Develop and maintain detailed work breakdown structures, resource plans and project trackers.
• Track progress, budgets, timelines and deliverables; identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and client updates in Google Sheets.
• Conduct data analysis on costs, timelines, resource utilization and vendor performance.
• Lead site visits, client meetings and progress reviews; produce minutes and daily reports.
• Manage documentation, approvals and statutory compliance.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations and contractor bill verification.
• Support budgeting, cost estimation and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of proven project management experience in an architecture, interior design or PMC firm.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
