Project Manager (10-14 years experience)

About the role

John Cockerill Energy Solutions is establishing its Indian Execution Center in Mumbai and seeks an experienced Project Manager to act as the single point of contact for head‑office project teams. The role will oversee the delivery of engineering and product work packages, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams to meet head‑office specifications, contract constraints, schedule targets and cost margins.
• Organise and lead coordination meetings with John Cockerill offices, vendors and head‑office project management, tracking actions and follow‑ups.
• Provide continuous reporting on progress, resource consumption and delivery dates using Primavera P6 or Primavera Cloud.
• Prepare Request‑for‑Quotation (RFQ) packages and support procurement and shipment activities.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System and relevant standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, VCA).

Required profile

• 10–14 years of project management experience in industrial or energy projects.
• Proven ability to act as a single point of contact between multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design processes and quality/compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or Primavera Cloud scheduling tools.
• Preparation of RFQ documentation and procurement coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and VCA standards.
