Project Management Operations Analyst

About the role

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Project Management Operations Analyst to drive performance reporting, enterprise earn program management, operational improvement, and automation initiatives across its ESG software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and validation of performance data across multiple systems and teams, develop executive dashboards and analyze trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage the weekly and monthly Enterprise Earn operating cadence, facilitate performance reviews, ensure accountability, and maintain performance frameworks and governance standards.
• Evaluate operational processes, recommend improvements, and support special projects related to forecasting, delivery performance, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Explore automation opportunities, partner with technology teams to implement AI‑assisted insights, forecasting, and performance management capabilities, and help define the future vision for AI‑enabled performance systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in business operations, program management, analytics, or strategy functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI, Tableau, Looker (dashboarding tools).
