Project Leader – Chassis Integration & Management

About the role

Applus IDIADA is looking for an experienced Project Leader to drive chassis and vehicle integration programmes. The role requires 8‑12 years of experience in automotive program management and a strong technical background in chassis systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall chassis programme, covering suspension, steering, brakes, structural frames, wheels, tires and mounts.
• Lead vehicle integration activities and resolve issues in chassis and top‑hat zones.
• Oversee vehicle test management at component, subsystem, module and full‑vehicle levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the primary interface with clients.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of program management experience in an OEM, Tier‑1 or ESP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and experience negotiating with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Familiarity with CAE load cases, regulatory requirements and Industry 4.0 concepts.
