Project Lead – GenAI Ready Naari Program

About the role

Lead the expansion of Nimaya Foundation’s GenAI Ready Naari Program into Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Guwahati. You will design, launch and manage a full‑cycle program that equips young women from underserved communities with generative AI skills and future‑ready workplace competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and anchor strategic partnerships in two new geographies.
• Lead the selection process for program learners.
• Oversee delivery of offline training, online sessions, mentoring and live‑project components.
• Collaborate with the central team to track impact, collect data and continuously improve the learner experience.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing education or social‑impact programs.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, academic institutions and government bodies.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in a hybrid work environment.
• Passion for women’s empowerment and technology adoption.
