Project Executive – Residential Interior Projects

About the role

Livspace, India’s leading home interiors and renovation platform, is seeking a Project Executive to lead residential interior projects from site handover through to final delivery. The role involves close collaboration with clients, designers, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage site progress, material availability, and vendor schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve on‑site issues and provide regular project updates to clients.
• Ensure timely snag closure and successful project handover.
• Work closely with Design and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in residential interior project execution, construction, or site management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, quality, and multiple site activities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
