Project Execution Engineer – Parel Project

About the role

The Project Execution Engineer supports site construction activities for the Parel Project. Working under senior engineers, the role assists in supervising works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring that execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC, safety, planning and MEP teams to ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Monitor material consumption, manpower deployment and progress, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Support reduction of material wastage, rework and improve productivity.
• Help schedule inspections with consultants and clients and resolve site‑level execution issues.
• Maintain site records, inspection documentation and assist in billing milestone tracking.

Required profile

• Engineering Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction execution, site supervision and contractor coordination.
• Proficiency in English; national language preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with quality and safety systems and to produce accurate progress reports.

Required skills

• Construction supervision and contractor coordination.

• Knowledge of construction types: RCC, Steel, Hybrid, MEP, Finishes, Pre‑casting, Erection, Tunnelling, Marine work, Fabrication, Formwork, Piling, Roadworks.
• Material consumption monitoring and cost forecasting.
• Progress reporting and site documentation.
