Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept through delivery. The role involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities while working closely with design, procurement, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, and quality.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Support vendor evaluation, selection, and technical discussions.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover at project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Good knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
