Project Engineer – Civil/Structural/Finishes

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to lead the construction of premium villa projects in Bengaluru. The role covers end‑to‑end supervision of structural, civil and architectural finishing works, ensuring quality, safety, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC frame, masonry, roofing and external development works.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring and curing activities.
• Manage all finishing works including flooring, plastering, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, doors, windows, modular kitchens, wardrobes, staircases and landscaping.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, maintain QA/QC records and close punch‑list items.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Support snagging, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Verify contractor measurements, assist in material forecasting and support billing processes.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant diploma with villa construction experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in execution of residential villa, luxury residential or premium housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, masonry construction and architectural finishes.
• Ability to read structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Experience in quantity verification and BOQ interpretation.
