Project Director – Luxury Real Estate Development

About the role

Isprava, a leading developer of luxury homes in non‑urban locations, is seeking a Project Director to oversee the delivery of high‑end villas and bungalows. The role demands a hands‑on leader who can maintain world‑class standards of quality, aesthetics and functionality while ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa and bungalow projects, from design integration through construction, interiors and handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitor daily site progress, and conduct snagging and finishing inspections.
• Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
• Drive value engineering to optimise costs without compromising design or finish.
• Champion uncompromising quality and detailing, aligning with international luxury benchmarks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Directly lead Project Management, Construction Management and Interior Design teams, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
• Oversee financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring budget adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑end residential projects with a focus on quality, timelines and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a zero‑tolerance approach to sub‑standard work.
• Willingness to spend extensive time on‑site across multiple locations.
