Project Coordinator – Signage Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution and delivery of signage projects. You will manage tasks, maintain documentation, track schedules, and ensure clear communication between vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with procurement, permitting, and project logistics as required.
• Provide regular project updates and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Zoho.
