About the role
Nextpower is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its global solar‑energy projects from its India office. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Project Controls and Support, you will help streamline project administration, budgets, and cross‑functional communication.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and external vendors.
- Assist in managing project budgets using ERP tools such as NetSuite for purchase orders and payment tracking.
- Handle project close‑out administration for worldwide initiatives.
- Prepare, distribute and consolidate regular status reports and user feedback.
- Monitor milestone completion, issue cost updates and support data‑clean‑up for ad‑hoc reporting.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to build cross‑functional relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using NetSuite ERP.
- Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
