Project Coordinator – CSR Initiatives

About the role

The MakeMyTrip Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development programmes across India. You will act as the bridge between the office and field partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of CSR projects across multiple locations, monitoring timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NGOs and implementation agencies, reviewing work plans, deliverables and fund utilisation.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify on‑ground implementation and gather feedback from communities.
• Track project outputs, outcomes and impact against defined indicators; support baseline studies and impact assessments.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management, trustees and statutory CSR reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, MIS and fund‑disbursement records in line with compliance norms.
• Build and nurture relationships with community groups, government authorities, hotel partners, volunteers and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Assist in the identification, design and due‑diligence of new initiatives and project proposals.

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on transparency and impact measurement.
