Project Coordinator – CSR Initiatives

About the role

The MakeMyTrip Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development programmes. You will act as the bridge between the office and field teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of CSR projects across multiple locations, monitoring timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NGOs and implementation agencies, reviewing work plans, deliverables and fund utilisation.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify on‑ground implementation and gather feedback from communities and partners.
• Track project outputs and outcomes against defined indicators; support baseline studies, impact assessments and third‑party evaluations.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and presentations for management, trustees and statutory CSR reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, MIS and fund‑disbursement records in line with governance norms.
• Build and manage relationships with communities, government authorities, hotel partners, volunteers and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and designing new initiatives, conducting partner due diligence and reviewing project proposals.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sustainability, community development and CSR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on transparency and impact measurement.
