Project Controller – I&C Halol

About the role

The Project Controller will act as a business partner to the factory controller, supporting all financial and commercial decisions for the I&C plant in Halol. You will drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate across functions to optimise cash flow, revenue and margin.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the factory controller to prepare financial analyses, budgets and KPI tracking.
• Monitor cost controls, product costing, sale order processing, and variance analysis (MTO & MTS scenarios).
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual book‑closure activities in SAP S/4HANA, including receivables, advances and payables cleansing.
• Prepare and present monthly review decks post‑closure.
• Oversee Capex investment project financial reporting and target tracking.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive cash‑flow optimisation, revenue growth and gross‑margin contribution.

Required profile

• MBA or M.Com with 5‑10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CA or CMA qualification with at least 2‑3 years of relevant plant finance experience.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• SAP FICO (S/4 HANA) – practical experience.
• Cost Accounting.
• Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards.
