About the role
Assystem, a global engineering and digital services firm specializing in critical infrastructure, is seeking a Programme Director for its Hisar office in India. The role will lead large‑scale infrastructure programmes, overseeing planning, design, construction and programme management to ensure performance, safety and low‑carbon outcomes. Assystem entered the Indian market through the acquisition of Stup Consultants Pvt Ltd in 2021 and L&T IEL in 2024, and now operates from eight offices with a strong community of multidisciplinary experts.
Required profile
- Minimum 25 years of progressively senior experience in infrastructure planning, design, construction and programme management.
- Proven leadership of at least one large‑scale programme as Programme or Project Director within the last ten years.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning; professional registration and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
