Program Manager – Sales Operations

About the role
The Program Manager will own execution and monitoring of sales programs across multiple gyms and locations. Working hands‑on with centre managers, cluster managers and city teams, the role ensures targets are met, incentives are disciplined and productivity is consistent.
Key responsibilities
- Track daily and weekly sales performance (new memberships, conversions, renewals) across all gyms.
- Maintain accurate dashboards and MIS, flag gaps, misses and anomalies proactively.
- Monitor adherence to targets and incentive slabs, identify process breakdowns and collaborate with centre teams to resolve them.
- Act as the bridge between sales, HR, finance and leadership, conducting regular review calls with regional and cluster heads.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, incentive payout accuracy and reduction of sales leakage.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in gyms, retail, QSR, telecom or other multi‑location businesses.
- Experience in high‑growth start‑ups with a data‑driven mindset and strong execution bias.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholders.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Good knowledge of SQL (preferred).
