Program Manager – Project Support (Analytics & Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to support high‑priority technology and product initiatives within our Analytics & Engineering team. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic decisions into actionable plans, ensuring smooth execution across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end planning and execution of technology and product projects owned by leadership.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action logs; ensure owners and deadlines are clearly defined.
• Drive regular check‑ins, stand‑ups, and review meetings; circulate minutes with clear decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and other teams to gather updates and unblock dependencies.
• Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review.
• Proactively follow up on action items, flag delays or risks, and propose mitigations.
• Create and maintain documentation such as project charters, requirement documents, SOPs, and process flows.
• Standardise templates for project plans, review decks, and reporting; capture learnings from completed projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.
