Program Manager - PH Platforms

About the role

The Program Manager will build and maintain the project organization for Philips Platforms, defining ways of working, key interfaces, and overall program plans. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Daily Management, Kaizen, and PRIDE.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and own the overall program/project plan in consultation with management and stakeholders.
• Organize resources (quality, time, budget, information) and define quality standards for processes.
• Identify project risks (specs, costs, schedule) and develop corrective actions to drive projects to closure.
• Coach and direct project team members, providing technical and organizational guidance.
• Report progress on quality, status, time, and budget to leadership and project members.
• Ensure effective transfer, archiving, and knowledge management of project results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of project/program management experience on major complex programs and 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
• Experience with backend technologies.
