Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead and execute high‑impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced startup environments, enjoy solving complex business problems, and can balance strategy with execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of strategic and operational programs across multiple business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify problems, define solutions and drive implementation.
• Own project planning, execution, stakeholder management and timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Collaborate with field and central teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvements.
• Design and implement scalable processes, frameworks and operating mechanisms.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Build and scale new initiatives (0 to 1) by creating processes, governance and execution frameworks.
• Prepare business updates, dashboards and executive reviews for leadership.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, operations excellence or general management.
• Experience in a generalist role managing both planning and execution.
• Exposure to field operations and central/business operations (preferred).
• Background in Management Trainee programs (2020–2022) is a plus.
• Proven track record of building or scaling processes, products or business functions from 0 to 1.
• Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working in highly ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to execute independently.
