Program Management – Lending EMI (DGM/GM)

About the role

Own end‑to‑end business product outcomes for Paytm’s Lending EMI offering, overseeing funnel health, business management and growth levers. You will design and optimise the sales‑and‑credit funnel, partner with Sales, Credit, Operations and Technology teams, and translate business goals into clear product and operating plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own product and business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments (volume, conversion, quality, revenue).
• Design, monitor and optimise the full sales and credit funnel (lead → login → sanction → disbursement → activation).
• Set funnel targets, diagnose drop‑offs and drive corrective actions with Sales, Credit and Ops.
• Build and monitor physical touchpoints required for the product.
• Define and track business MIS/KPIs; run weekly and monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Drive product and process improvements that lift conversion, turnaround time and customer/partner experience.
• Partner with Scheme, Lender and Program teams on launches, offers and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Align credit policy, operations capacity and tech roadmap to business priorities.
• Build business cases for new products, features or channel plays and track post‑launch outcomes.
• Coach and guide analysts and cross‑functional partners on funnel and business metrics.
