Program Advisory Coordinator – Hyderabad

About the role

The Program Advisory Coordinator will be the first point of contact for prospective students in Hyderabad, validating their intent and eligibility and guiding them efficiently to the appropriate advisory support. This role focuses on proactive outreach, qualification, and warm‑transfer of high‑intent leads to Student Advisors, helping improve student engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to up to 100 prospective students per day via phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Validate citizenship, residency, course eligibility, and interest level through qualification checks.
• Follow a defined outreach cadence (calls, emails, SMS) and meet SLA requirements for timely follow‑up.
• Log call outcomes and disposition details accurately in Salesforce.
• Warm‑transfer qualified prospects to the next available Student Advisor.
• Maintain high data quality and adhere to communication compliance guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost conversion performance and student experience.
• Achieve KPIs such as speed to contact, call volume, and enrollment conversion rate.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver high‑quality service to prospective students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; any related field acceptable.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in student admissions, educational counselling, or related sales roles.
• Certification in consultative selling or sales is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (minimum CEFR C1).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for logging and managing prospect interactions.
