Production Workforce

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Production Workforce member to support daily operations in both the assembly and coil shops. The role involves hands‑on assembly, equipment setup, and testing while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all operations follow Emerson’s safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Execute daily work plans for the assembly and coil shops according to schedule.
• Perform product assembly and operate basic equipment.
• Set up and run winding, spot‑welding, and molding machines.
• Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for both shops.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and participate in Kaizen continuous‑improvement events.
• Rotate responsibilities as needed to support production flexibility.

Required profile

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 0‑2 years of experience operating assembly and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Educational background: B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, ITI or any degree.
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable using systems and technology to stay on track.

Required skills
