Production Team Member – Derma

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our Derma manufacturing line. You will work on a fast‑paced, GMP‑driven environment, ensuring that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate manufacturing equipment for Derma products.
• Prepare raw materials and verify readiness for production runs.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks such as weight variation, hardness and disintegration.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and adhere to SOPs, GMP and safety regulations.
• Perform cleaning, sanitisation and routine preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support corrective‑and‑preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring problems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S and lean manufacturing.
• Use digital tools (SOR, OEE dashboards) to monitor performance and drive efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment and follow strict quality standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
