Production Supervisor – Biofuel Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our bio‑fuel briquetting and pellet plant in Mapusa, Goa. The role involves overseeing production, warehouse activities, and ensuring quality standards are met while supporting our rapid expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities of the briquetting and pelletising plant.
• Manage warehouse inflow/outflow of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitor and optimise performance of briquetting and pelletising machines.
• Ensure quality control for incoming raw materials, outgoing products and overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily production records on the online platform.
• Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.
• Enforce SOPs, work instructions and plant policies for production and warehouse operations.
• Monitor health, safety and hygiene standards within the plant and warehouse premises.
• Prepare MIS reports covering production, inventory and dispatch status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within 15 days.
• Local candidates only, ready to work at the Mapusa, Pirna Bardez location.

Required skills

• Experience operating briquetting and pelletising machinery.
• Warehouse management and inventory control.
• Quality control and assurance procedures.
• Proficiency in maintaining production records and MIS reporting.
