Production Process Operator – Shift Work in Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Process Operator works on a variety of machine tools to prepare materials and inspect finished products. The role operates across two daily shifts and requires independent, flexible work habits.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and set up different machine tools according to production specifications.
• Prepare raw materials and components for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
• Adapt to shift changes and work autonomously while meeting production targets.

Required profile

• IV or V level degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, industrial technology).
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including night or weekend schedules.
• Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous.
• Motivation, responsibility and reliable personal transport.
