About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team and help ensure smooth, efficient production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet productivity targets.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Inspect finished products to maintain high standards of quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to workplace regulations.
- Ensure machines are well‑stocked with materials to avoid interruptions.
- Communicate with supervisors about equipment performance and issues.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking usage of materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
