Production Operator – Dairy Processing

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our dairy processing plant in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment that transforms raw milk into safe, high‑quality products while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run and monitor dairy processing machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Check and adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications.
• Record basic production data accurately and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform routine quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and basic production instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with automated or semi‑automated machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene, safety, and product quality.
• Capability to record simple data accurately and communicate issues clearly.
• Willingness to work in shifts, perform manual tasks, and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, or dairy operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; vocational training in dairy or industrial operations is beneficial.
• Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and continuous learning in a structured workplace.
