Production Manager – Video Shoots

About the role

Comet Healthcare Solutions is looking for a proactive and organised Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of video shoots for its healthcare and digital marketing projects. The role covers the full production cycle from pre‑production planning through on‑set execution to post‑production hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate video shoots from concept to execution, including schedules, locations, talent, equipment and production requirements.
• Prepare shoot briefs, schedules and production checklists and ensure all required resources are arranged before each shoot.
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, content and creative teams to align on creative brief.
• Manage on‑site shoot operations, handle on‑ground issues and make quick decisions to keep production on track.
• Maintain organized records of footage, assets and shoot documentation.
• Track shoot timelines, deliverables and production requirements, and oversee hand‑over of footage to the post‑production team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding shoot requirements.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in English and excellent client relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple shoots simultaneously.
