Production Executive

About the role

The Production Executive will support the Plant/Production Manager in ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You will lead a team of chemists, coordinate with warehouse and maintenance, and uphold quality standards across all production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and assign tasks to Senior and Junior Chemists.
• Monitor production schedules, priorities, and performance indicators, taking corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Maintain and continuously update production plans to maximize equipment utilization while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate raw‑material receipt with the warehouse team and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Liaise with maintenance personnel to resolve equipment non‑conformances and minimize downtime.
• Address on‑site incidents promptly, escalating major issues as needed.
• Implement plant quality policies, conduct shop‑floor inspections, and ensure products meet specifications.
