Production Executive

About the role

The Production Executive will act as the Shift Supervisor for the System House plant in Dahej, overseeing safety, production, and quality during assigned shifts. This permanent role requires close coordination with plant management, supply chain, and support functions to ensure efficient, cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shift production to meet quality, safety, and output targets.
• Plan and supervise manpower (employees and contractors) on the shop floor.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to reduce batch cycle times and increase yields.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to adhere to production schedules.
• Guide operators to maintain consistent product quality and safety standards.
• Implement and monitor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Maintain emissions within statutory limits and oversee PPE and work‑permit compliance.
• Prepare and share production reports with senior management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, engineering, WWTP, admin, and quality teams.
• Act as EHS representative and lead emergency response actions as part of the ERT.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in chemical process or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes and production operations.
