About the role
The Production Engineer / Executive will oversee and coordinate production workers during their shift, ensuring that output meets safety, efficiency, on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on the shop floor.
- Monitor production targets to guarantee they are achieved safely, efficiently, on‑time and within quality specifications.
Required profile
- B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer or Chemical engineering.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in blood‑bag or pharmaceutical production within a USFDA‑registered facility.
