Production Chef – Food Manufacturing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Production Chef to lead the bulk production floor of our frozen food manufacturing plant. This role focuses on turning recipes into repeatable, high‑volume processes that deliver consistent taste across all batches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production of frozen food products at scale.
• Lead a team of 15‑20+ operators, with plans to grow the workforce.
• Ensure product consistency and quality for every batch.
• Translate recipes into standardized, scalable manufacturing procedures.
• Drive improvements in speed, output, and overall efficiency.
• Identify and resolve process or recipe breakdowns.
• Participate in new product development that can be produced at scale.
• Monitor and control waste, yield, and raw material usage.

Required profile

• Experience in large‑scale food production or manufacturing environments.
• Comfort managing sizable teams and complex systems.
• Strong focus on process control, consistency, and efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a factory setting rather than a restaurant kitchen.
