Production Associate – Level II

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards: stop work for major hazards, report injuries, use PPE, and promote a safe culture.
• Maintain quality by adhering to standard work, SPC, poka‑yoke, visual standards, performing inspections, and controlling non‑conforming material.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to meet production goals, cycle times, and engineering standards while keeping the work area clean.
• Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to identify equipment repairs, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; may require licensing for export controls.
• Some work experience or intermediate knowledge gained through education, training, or on‑the‑job learning.
• Demonstrated competencies such as effective communication, courage to address issues, results‑driven mindset, accountability, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Required skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of CNC experience.
• Familiarity with all production technologies used in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and poka‑yoke techniques.
