Production Associate

About the role

GE HealthCare is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of its medical technology products. This role contributes to the company’s mission of creating a world where healthcare has no limits.

Key responsibilities

• Read and follow work procedures, schematics, or verbal instructions.
• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Maintain daily production output while adhering to EHS and quality policies.
• Participate in quality control inspections as needed.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Comply with all EHS regulations and company policies.
• Undertake additional duties, including participation in training sessions and employee activity teams.

Required profile

• High School diploma and ITI certification or at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills to receive and understand work instructions.
• Detail‑oriented and quality‑mindset with consistent work habits.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co‑workers and leadership.
