Product Technical Lead – EV

About the role

We are seeking a Product Technical Lead for our Electric Vehicle (EV) software platform. The role involves driving the technical direction, ensuring high‑quality code, and delivering robust solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Break down product features into work packages and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Lead design reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to Agile processes.
• Oversee debugging, core‑dump analysis, and performance tuning on Linux/Unix platforms.
• Collaborate with QA, API, and library development teams to deliver end‑to‑end functionality.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in product or software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with solid OOP concepts and pointer usage.
• Hands‑on experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Ability to perform work breakdown, effort estimation, and design reviews.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
