Product Support Specialist – Education Team (1-year contract)

About the role

Canva’s Education team is expanding across India, helping schools adopt a secure, creative platform. You will streamline technical onboarding, ensuring teachers and students can access Canva quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide school systems and education departments through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning.
• Support integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft (Entra ID / Microsoft 365) back‑ends, troubleshooting authentication and directory‑sync issues.
• Act as the technical point of contact for state partnership rollouts across multiple authentication pathways.
• Diagnose and resolve onboarding blockers with school IT admins, DIETs, and district teams, escalating product issues when needed.
• Create localized setup guides and self‑serve resources to reduce hand‑holding over time.
• Track common support issues and integration patterns, feeding insights back to internal product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles, preferably with schools, government, or large organisations.
• Experience configuring SSO, SAML/OAuth, or other identity‑access solutions and explaining them to non‑technical users.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration, including domain verification and provisioning.
• Calm, methodical approach to problem‑solving and ownership until issues are fully resolved.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
