Product Supply Manager – Manufacturing & Process Leadership

About the role

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Product Supply Manager to lead manufacturing and process improvement initiatives across its PAN India operations. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies to enhance capability, safety, productivity and sustainability while reducing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead loss identification and elimination initiatives globally, developing process and organizational capability using manufacturing tools.
• Standardize equipment and process changes, and manage process validation activities.
• Build technical troubleshooting capability for process failures.
• Direct daily reporting, flag issues, and request resources to keep projects on track.
• Reduce overall cost and drive productivity through asset utilization and benchmarking.
• Serve as the information hub for product development projects and coordinate capital projects across functions.
• Apply technology to solve manufacturing problems and design best‑in‑class processes.
• Accelerate speed‑to‑market for new products and innovations.
• Lead large project‑management teams, controlling and optimizing capital and project spending.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or process environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for technical troubleshooting.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and capital initiatives.
• Ability to drive cost‑reduction and productivity improvement programs.
• Excellent communication skills to report results and coordinate resources.
