Product Specialist – Oncology (Solid Tumours)

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive business growth for the solid tumour franchise in the Chandigarh territory, building strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and mapping market potential. This position reports to the Senior ZBM – North and collaborates closely with medical affairs and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Map territory potential, identify market trends, referral bottlenecks and competitor activities to create a robust launch plan.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals through scientific meetings, CME activities and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve budgeted sales objectives, plan calls, track performance metrics and provide monthly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of field operations.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or B.Sc required; MBA preferred.
• 3‑4+ years of experience in oncology or a related therapeutic area.
• Strong understanding of the lung cancer market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competence with standard MS Office tools.
