Product, Pricing & Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic manager to lead product portfolio optimisation, pricing strategy and business intelligence initiatives for our tyre business in Faridabad. The role will drive new product introductions, ensure compliance with regulations and support sales through effective pricing and promotional programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise and expand the tyre product portfolio to meet business objectives and consumer preferences.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and price‑promotion schemes to maintain premium positioning.
• Gather market intelligence, build business intelligence dashboards and generate MIS reports from internal and external data sources.
• Introduce breakthrough products and new tyre lines/brands aligned with strategic goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification in Business Studies preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience in product management, pricing, or business intelligence, preferably in the automotive/tyre industry.
• Fluent in English and local languages, both written and spoken.
