Product Owner – Insights

About the role

Vena is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Owner to join its Product Management team in India. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the roadmap, define requirements, and deliver data‑driven features that accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to build the product roadmap, define requirements and deliver new features.
• Gather and apply data insights about prospects, customers, competitors and commercial activities to validate hypotheses, set KPIs and inform decisions.
• Drive product adoption through internal enablement, monitoring, and triaging recurring issues.
• Own execution performance by assessing releases against acceptance criteria, tracking planned vs. actual work, and partnering with engineering leads.
• Improve operational practices using scalable agile methodologies for efficient pre‑production and production processes.
• Contribute to strategic product vision to generate business impact and commercial success.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator, collaborative, diligent and open in working style.
• Curious and passionate about building great software with engineers.
• Technically savvy with a desire to understand how solutions are built.
• Familiar with quantitative research methods and pattern discovery in data.
• Experience with agile software development in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years as a Product Owner at a B2B software company.
• Interest in AI‑driven solutions to enhance performance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (complex reports, DAX, Power Query).
• Strong data‑mapping abilities and understanding of complex data schemas.
• SQL query writing and troubleshooting.
• UI/UX design best practices for data visualization.
• Experience managing SaaS products with third‑party integrations or embedded analytics.

What we offer

• Base salary range: 1,573,851 – 2,129,328 INR per year.
