Product Operations Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Product Operations Manager to act as a cross‑functional communicator and collaborator, shaping product experiences through data‑driven insights. Based in Bengaluru, this hybrid role partners with product, engineering, design, marketing and operations teams to improve product health, quality and member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Influence product strategy and roadmap by working closely with product, operations, marketing, design and engineering stakeholders.
• Prioritise product change requests using metrics such as issue volume, member impact, revenue impact and user‑journey illustrations.
• Aggregate and analyse member issues using internal tools and SQL queries to generate actionable insights.
• Track and communicate post‑launch impact, helping set targets and measure success.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure operational processes are incorporated into product development.
• Participate in meetings across US time zones and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
