Product Marketing Manager – LiveOps

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the LiveOps calendar for Blackout Bingo, driving events, tournaments and promotions that boost incremental net gaming revenue. You will work closely with product, analytics, CRM and GTM teams to shape the game economy and deliver high‑impact live experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Blackout Bingo LiveOps calendar end‑to‑end, managing events, tournaments, promotions and limited‑time offers.
• Drive the three core KPIs: incremental NGR per campaign, event margin, and number of events running at negative margin.
• Design and configure campaigns in the admin portal and CleverTap, setting segments, entry‑fee tiers, prize curves and eligibility rules.
• Run end‑to‑end experiments with holdouts, hypothesis testing and data‑driven readouts.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Lifecycle CRM and Launch GTM to align roadmap, measurement and feature adoption.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in LiveOps, game operations or product marketing for a consumer mobile product.
• People leadership experience, having managed operators or mentored a small team.
• Strong economy sense – able to evaluate offer cost, prize curves and margin impact.
• Proven track record of running measured experimentation with control groups or holdouts.
