Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for our Agentic Communications Platform and agentic AI products, including Agentic Voice. Based in Puducherry and working remotely for DrDoctor India, you will sit at the intersection of product, marketing and commercial teams, becoming the expert on how AI‑powered patient communication is positioned and sold to the NHS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own value propositions, positioning and messaging frameworks for the Agentic Comms Platform and related AI products.
• Design and execute launch plans, including tiering, timing and creation of launch collateral.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as decks, one‑pagers and battlecards, and conduct win/loss analysis.
• Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence and translate insights into sharper positioning.
• Conduct market and customer research to become the go‑to expert on NHS buyers, their pain points and personas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS product marketing.
• Strong interest in healthcare and willingness to learn the NHS ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, commercial and marketing teams.
