Product Manager – SMB Growth AI Agents

About the role

This position leads the SMB Growth Agents product line, delivering AI‑driven agents that help Indian small and medium businesses acquire, retain and grow customers. You will own the end‑to‑end product outcome, from discovery through go‑to‑market and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for SMB Growth Agents, covering problem discovery, GTM strategy and adoption.
• Set and track outcome metrics such as merchant activation, campaign performance, incremental revenue and retention.
• Design self‑serve agent experiences that are simple, vernacular‑friendly and mobile‑first, including onboarding, goal setting and reporting.
• Maintain a high bar for UX/UI quality, ensuring frictionless interactions for SMB users.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science on agent architecture trade‑offs (latency, cost, guardrails, evaluations).
• Run structured experiments to quantify lift over baseline merchant self‑management.
• Partner with sales, operations and support teams to scale pilots into long‑tail deployments.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of product management experience, preferably from a Tier‑1 institute.
• Strong B2C product background; experience with Indian SMBs is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality UX/UI across shipped products.
• Data‑driven decision making with expertise in analytics tools and experiment design.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑native or agentic products, including prompt design and orchestration.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, 0‑to‑1 environments with a bias for rapid shipping.
