About the role
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst. Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle. Experience collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features and oversee design creation and review processes.
- Lead PI Planning sessions and collaborate with UX/Experience Design teams using Agile (SAFe) methodology.
- Support product launch, go‑to‑market strategies and drive product adoption.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of banking domain experience (commercial, corporate, business or SME banking) preferred.
- Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, customer onboarding or trade finance is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst.
